Professor "Department of Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology, Osmania University Hyderabad, India. "

Dr. Vijaya holds Ph.D. degrees in Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology, Pan Indian Cultural Studies; with emphasis on Andhra History and Culture; and Post Graduate Diplomas in (a) Archival Science and Manuscriptology and (b) Museology. He was Head and Chairperson, Board of Studies, Department of Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology, highest rank in Administrative and Teaching levels, in repute Osmania University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, for nearly three decades. He has presented and published 50 research articles at various Regional, National and International Conferences, held within and outside India, on Indian-Aesthetics, Art, Architecture, Cinema, Epigraphy etc. He was Sectional President for a number of Conferences; and Member International Council of Museums (ICOM) and Indian National Committee for the International Council of Museums (INC-ICOM) and Executive Member, INC-ICOM (1987-90).

He visited UK, US, East, South and South-East-Asian Countries, presented research articles and delivered Guest/ Extension Lectures on different angles, aspects and facets of Pan Indian Cultural Studies, focusing on Andhra Culture. Now, he is the Editor-(A) Journal of Public Administration and Policy Research and many more.

Dr. Blanca has a PhD degree and a Postdoctoral stage in Water and Wastewater Treatment and Reuse. Her fields of expertise include climate change, water, environmental and geological sciences, and science policy. During her thirty five years of professional experience mostly at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), she founded and headed the Treatment and Reuse Group of the Institute of Engineering. In addition, she have held the following positions: research engineer for Lyonnaise des Eaux (Paris, 1985); coordinator of the Environmental Engineering Department at UNAM (1988-1989); coordinator of the Water Quality Department (1991) and of the Human and Institutional Capacity Building at the Mexican Institute of Water Technology (1991-1992); Deputy Director of the Hydraulics and Environmental Department at the Institute of Engineering (1991-2001, being the only woman that have attained this position until now); project leader at the University of Pretoria (South Africa, 2005) on sanitation and food security, project leader for the Mexican Climate Change and Water Research Program at the National Ecological Institute of Mexico. She have chaired Mexican and international scientific, professional and editorial groups. She have received several honors and awards (three of them presented by different Mexican presidents) such as the Mexican National Science and Arts Prize in Technology and Design in 2009. At the international level, she received the Global Water Award granted by the International Water Association (IWA) in 2010 and in 2002 the Royal Polar Star presented by the King Gustaf of Sweden. She also served on the Nominating Committee for the Stockholm Water Prize (2007-2012), considered as the Nobel Prize for Water.

Dr. Singh is an adroit professional with more than 12 years’ experience in the field of forensic science. In his adroit and dexterous work tenure he has given his valuable expert opinion on more than 700 criminal cases. He is an expert in Fingerprint and Questioned Document sections of Forensic Science. He holds an eminent qualification and experience in his field of expertise. Basically, being a student of the University of Delhi, India; he has completed his training under the guidance and mentorship of renowned Anthropologists Prof. M. P. Sachdeva and distinguished Experts of Central Forensic Science Laboratory. He has many national and international papers published on his name. He has been into the arena of Forensic since 2005 and from then he is continuously contributing by his valuable research oriented and positive efforts for upliftment of this field.
