The Role and Utility of Fingerprints in the Investigation of Outdoor Robbery Scenes

Fingerprint are considered as the versatile and easily encountered type of evidence on the field of forensic investigation. Fingerprint investigation can help to link the offender to the crime because of the basic characteristic of fingerprints which includes uniqueness, permanency and consistency. The fingerprints can be encountered in different number of cases such as burglary, murder, accidents, sexual assault and robbery. The present paper basically involves the role of fingerprint found in the cases related to outdoor robbery crime scene. The current work focus on the aim to estimate whether fingermarks or fingerprints serve as one of the important and significant techniques used for the purpose to investigate outdoor robbery scenes. The role of fingerprint on outdoor robbery cases provide ample information and help the investigator to provide a linkage and connection with the suspect, victim and scene of crime. Cyber Crimes Becoming Threat to Cyber Security

Modern age is the age of technology, in today’s world people are using many devices or gadgets to make life simple. Development in technology helps in connecting people to the world, but misuse of technology in cyber world cause cybercrimes. Although, cybercrime can have dangerous impact on world. Cybercrime is a crime include computers or gadgets in which a system (computer) can be a target of the crime, tool of the crime or hold evidence of the crime. Basically cybercrime defined as criminal activity which happen over the Internet, by the peoples for their personal benefits. Following examples such as malware, fraud, and virus scripts, remote access Trojan’s, IOT etc. The only secured computer in the world that is powered off, the objective of my paper is not to put a damper on the flourishing growth of technology but rather to create awareness that we as individual can appreciate and learn to mitigate the risks. Earlier cybercrimes was committed only by small groups. Now it is discovered that there is very complicated cybercriminal networks alliance at global level to commit crimes. Peoples that take part in cybercrimes want to use their skills to gain profits. In the present study the paper reviewed on the basis of the major threat on the world implementing or affecting the individuals in their routine life involving both the professional and personal manner. They are using their skills to exploit people and data theft as cyber criminal’s find it easy to earn money. Cybercrimes have become big threat to cyber security which means protecting data, networks, programs and other information from unauthorized or unattended access. Importance and Role of Physical Evidences in Forensic Science

Forensic Science has seen tremendous transition through the ages and has emerged as an undetectable and integral part of the criminal justice system. There has been more and more dependence on this field and has led to the successful conviction of in large number of crooked criminal cases. There has been a communication gap in understanding the concept and the potential value of physical evidences starting from the fingerprints to DNA evidences. An attempt has been made to introduce the value of neglected physical evidences like traces of plant material, soil, and micro organisms. The challenges to DNA evidence posed in the form of full siblings have been explained and it is believed that still DNA profiling stands one of the most reliable forensic evidence at the crime scene, both in plants and animals, linking crime to the criminal. Comparative Study of Original, Photocopy and Colored Copy of Handwritten Documents Using a Stereo Microscope

Currently, numerous tools are used to create forged documents and forgers are successfully making the fabricated documents with these tools. Photocopier is one of such tool often used to reproduce the original documents; therefore the document examiners must find some empirical method to prove the authenticity of the documents in the court. In this paper, a comparative study has been done to compare the original with photocopied colored and black and white handwritten documents irrespective of the ink for all possible striking features. Stereo microscope gives a 3-dimensional view of the strokes and in this paper an effort has been made to compare the handwriting present on the original document and photocopied document irrespective of the ink and paper used with the aid of stereo microscope to differentiate whether the document is original or photocopied. Comparative Study of Handwriting among English Medium and Hindi Medium Students

Handwriting is a visible speech which express by writing with the , help of writing instrument on writing surface. The objective of the present study was to assess the handwriting characteristics between the Hindi Medium and English Medium students (school). Sample ratio was equal i.e. 50 samples from each category were collected and analyzed. All the samples were collected in English language strictly as the participants were familiar with this language. The class and individual handwriting characteristics such as Alignment, Pen pressure, spacing, Speed, Rhythm, Slant, Writing Style, Tremor, Retouching, Buckle, Spur, Eye etc. were assessed to carry out the present study and the result reveals that there is significant difference between Alignment, Pen pressure, Speed, Rhythm, Writing style, Retouching, Tremor, Buckle and minor difference between Slant, Spur and Eye and no significant difference between Inter-letter spacing, Inter-Word spacing and Inter-Line spacing.
